We’re a family-owned and operated dairy farm with a rare opportunity for an experienced Farm Assistant to join our team.
Located 10 minutes from Winton, McBeth Dairy is a family-owned winter-on dairy farm. We’re fully self-contained with a long history of successful yields. Originally converted from a sheep and beef farm in 1995, the farm has nearly doubled in size over the years. Today, we operate a 200-hectare farm, milking up to 400 cows through a 40-bale herringbone system.
We’re a respectful, hardworking team that values family and work-life balance.
In addition to our family-first approach, we’re committed to supporting people who want to develop and grow their farming skills. We know how important it is to build your experience and confidence, so we provide high-quality, on-the-job training and genuine opportunities for career progression. In return, we are looking for someone who is a hard-working team player, proactive and able to take initiative, and willing to following instructions and learn.
