From manufacturing premium stock feeds on-site to supplying brassica seed, pasture mixes, and certified seed, Clarkes’ support farmers and agribusinesses with top-tier solutions tailored to their needs. 

The Role:

As Finance and Office Manager, your primary focus will be on overseeing financial operations and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our accounting systems. You’ll also manage day-to-day office administration and play a key role in maintaining strong customer relationships. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process bank deposits, account reconciliations, and manage fund transfers.
  • Manage all supplier invoices and customer sales orders.
  • Handle account queries, debt control, and GST returns.
  • Maintain financial records and reporting systems.
  • Ensure smooth office administration and database accuracy.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and communication.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in office management with a strong financial focus.
  • Advanced skills in MYOB are essential.
  • High-volume invoice processing with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and familiarity with various accounting software.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Resilience and a proactive, detail-oriented approach.
  • Experience using Ostendo or similar systems is desirable.
