About the role
As General Manager, you’ll be responsible for shaping and executing the strategic direction of the business, driving operational excellence, and fostering a culture of safety, performance, and innovation. You’ll work closely with the Board and leadership team to grow capability, strengthen client relationships, and position Decom as a leader in the electrical contracting space.
About you
- Proven leadership experience, ideally in infrastructure, utilities, or engineering
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking
- Ability to lead through growth, change, and complexity
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Resilience, adaptability, and a growth mindset
- A collaborative, values-driven leadership style
- Experience in Project Management in the trades, construction, or electrical sectors is advantageous
