Are you a seasoned H&S professional with leadership experience? This role combines technical expertise with people leadership, offering exposure to strategic client work and team development.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of consultants
- Deliver strategic H&S advice and audits
- Engage with clients at all levels, including boards
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement

- Advanced H&S technical knowledge
- Proven leadership and mentoring experience
- Strong client advisory and relationship-building skills

This role is ideal for a trusted advisor ready to take the lead on client projects and mentor others. You’ll deliver tailored H&S solutions across industries and help shape the future of workplace safety.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships and deliver H&S plans, audits, and wellness strategies
- Mentor junior consultants and support team development
- Contribute to business growth and innovation

- Strong technical H&S expertise
- Confidence in client engagement and project leadership
